Mandatory Appearance
Mandatory Appearance Citations mean that you must personally attend a County Court Hearing and appear before a Judge. There are 2 types of Mandatory Citations: Serious Infractions and Criminal Charges.

I analyze the Citation before court for accuracy, legality and possible defenses. Often times I am able to correct, modify or amend citations in Court through Motions filed on your behalf. I will directly negotiate with the Police and the State Attorney to present your case in the best light, thereby saving you time away from work and family!
